Hey fello muso's, greetings from New Zealand.

NO!!!!!! we are not a part of Australia!!!!! not even a little bit!!!!!

Just a newbie here but willing to hook up with other like minded muso's.

As an introduction my name is Ray. I am a native of New Zealand (Maori - Tuhoe tribe) and I love to perform our Maori dance, drama and action songs. 

So, what is my topic for the opening of 2011?             I just wanted this opportunity to announce and refocus on my music journey and main theme for this year to begin to set up my compositions and 'You tube' for recording.       My plan is to set up in a small corner of my shed and slowly through trial and error work out the best basic system, studio that will begin my whole recording experience.        From there I do have a network of experienced muso friends who I can call in to offer advice or even to come in and help me get on my way.  I am so excited.        I have my own basic setup but I lack the hands on experience.          So, to all my army mates, who still remember me, both rich and poor, I am offering you an early opportunity with huge potential to be involved in my music growth and to do think about coming on board as a sponsor of any sort.       When you finally get to see the music skills of my many years experience, I am sure in my mind that you will wonder why I didn't do this years and years ago.          My point is, as a Freelance music entrepreneur, with three background eventful main careers (military, primary, secondary school & adult teaching and being my own boss in my home based biz marketing)  it has been a very long journey to this point and you and I are about to see the fruits of my honest and passionate labor.          To my skeptic's, even in my own family, I accept your possible comments and criticism's  as they keep me grounded and balanced in my personal thinking, decision making and actions.          As always, thank you to the many others for your ongoing support and listening ear.       PS.  You can also find me at my "Vista Print" (VP) website (link as below), and from time to time I give my basic website a 'tweak' here and there and do appreciate your comments either through "MY BLOG" or  through 'CONTACT ME' through to my email.        I fund and maintain and develop my 'VP' website and your contribution/donation/koha will always be greatly appreciated.       "I believe in my success".
